I ordered some climbing gear for a Xmas present so I was a bit worried about the timing, as Xmas is next weekend and Royal Mail and Parcel Force are both experiencing strikes. I placed the order on Saturday evening, choosing the fastest delivery option, but didn't expect the order to be picked up until Monday. But I had two update messages from Absolute Snow on Sunday and another on Monday and the goods arrived on Tuesday. Really amazing service! The price was the lowest too, among several suppliers that I compared for the same items."
