"Was with Una in her Glasgow practice for years...I have many crowns and have had for about 30 years....should have been replaced every 10 years but I was never advised..after I mentioned to Una..after more than 20 yrs, she referred me to the dental hospital to be told there was nothing they could do and would need dentures..attended regularly but hardly ever had a thorough examination just paid money to have crowns re set.. totally impacted on my self esteem..total negligence"
