"I like the choices of items here and, for me, easy to get to... however, I do find checking out slow and frustrating more often then not. Sometimes, fast, pleasant and efficient. Other times, slow - one notable occasion, the cashier, very friendly, chatting with the person that was checking out (positive for community feel), however, it was a little excessive especially as the queue was growing. I was next, gave up and used self check out - and yes, still got out before that other person!!!!"
