"Worst jd ever Colliers Wood! every time I come here there’s some sort of issue but on this occasion arrived at 5.56pm on a Saturday to collect a parcel for my small sons holiday. The manager told me no because they are closing I pointed out it’s not 7pm why are they closing can I not just get my parcel and was told the systems where already shut down the staff are finished really strange as it wasn’t closing time. Not sorry at all and terrible stand offish attitude."

"Wanted to exchange some trainers purchased online that have past the refund policy date after customers service said I can on the phone. The lady refused saying it wasn't bought in store so I went to another store and they exchanged with no issues. Terrible customer service in the store, they need some training on customer satisfaction not just making more sales."
