"The staff not helpful I buy 20 pound Roblox card and been used before and I brought it back they told phonin supplier to get your refund I told them I bought it from you not from supplier they didn’t help and I loose my money with bad staff unrespcte"
"store is filthy toilets have feces all over them and are never clean. Staff stand around chatting while there is an issue with self service. Poor store compared to others. George section is a disaster and items are all over the place"
"It was a brisk and bright day, New Year’s Day- we were all a little tender from the festivities the night before. We descended upon the despondent car park, shivering and numb after our celebratory dook at portobello beach. From what we could see, it was a relatively unremarkable superstore, loomed over by some huge structure, grey and huge. It towered over the Asda store, domineering and brutalistic, leaving us in anxious awe of the industrial heritage of the area. Then we turned and entered the establishment, grim-faced and harrowed from our morning excursion. adsa was chill I found the private eye front cover very funny. nice big telly for people to photograph themselves in by the self checkouts. we found everything we needed except forgot the cheese (for our pasta with red sauce not green pesto - we also had two garlic baguettes from the everyday essentials range and served it later in the day with asparagus I mean tenderstem broccoli which we actually bought from Sainsbury’s the day before for our hotpot which was delicious by the way). I personally was DELIGHTED at the excellent price of the onion - £0.09! Just 9 pennies! The layout of the eye als was conducive to finding all products with relative eeze. The sad thing is the tasty soya milk is £1.15 (it used to be 60p) except for the long life, unsweetened soy ‘milk’ , yellow and red like McDonalds (which we were not long digesting) tucked away at the back of the huge expanse of the store. but everyone knows unsweetened tastes bad. But cost of living innit. Who else likes milk? Cats. What’s the opposite of cats? Dogs. There was certainly a wealth of cute puppers for us to feest are i’s on sat outside the door guarding attentively. 4 whuffs of approval in that department. What the constantly sleyeding doors of this Asda, double door’ed up (on a Sunday afternoon) must witness, dey after dey, knight after knight for all 24 hours they are opening and closing without even a gentle hand needing to be layed on them. We left feeling rejoovenated and redy to tackle the noo yeer lyke never b4."
"Terrible experience with online shopping from this store. I got an accident last Friday and cannot walk, on top of that I've got small kids with coeliac disease. I made online order from this store as I knew I wouldn't be able to get food somewhere else. The order was made on Friday with delivery for Sunday. On Sunday my delivery was delayed about an hour so I've called customer service to ensure that I will receive my shopping. They apologized thousands of times and ensure me that I will get my shopping and just because of the conditions delivery is delayed. Of course, I haven't gotten my food (which mostly was gluten-free food for my daughter). On Monday my account was still showing that my order is in the middle of delivery and I had to send my daughter to school without lunch first time in my life. I've called customer service again explaining the whole situation, again millions of sorry and no resolution to my problem, at the end lady, offered my refund and voucher. I haven't received any. Today (Tuesday) on other hand I received an email with information that my shopping was successfully delivered on Sunday and I was charged +£120 pounds for the shopping never received! It will be my 6th customer service phone call since Sunday and probably I had to wait another 5 days till the money will be back in my account. No recompensation whatsoever. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU NEED YOUR SHOPPING DELIVERED."
"Great supermarket! 24/7 self check out. Reasonable prices. Spacious. Clean. Well arranged. Huge parking place. Petrol station. Help desk. Opticians on site. Click & Collect service. Cafe (close at the moment, unfortunately). Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere."
