"Usually a brilliant store however, in the last 8 months or so it has gone completely down hill. Staff are rude. I’ve heard numerous staff discussing what they’re doing at the weekend, swearing and talking about each-other over their headsets. Customers are lucky if they get a greeting at the till and shopping is thrown at you after scanning. It’s also disgusting to see staff members in uniform smoking at the entrance door. I would rather not have to walk through the smoke that’s just been blown out of a staff members mouth when entering/exiting the shop. The shop is always really grubby and stock looks like it’s been thrown on the shelves. Such a shame as it used to be the best Home Bargains in Edinburgh."
