"On both of my visits, I have had a negative experience of unreasonable waiting at the reception. Last time I arrived 5 minutes before my appointed time, then, without any explanation for me, the patient who arrived after me was invited to the dentist. Okay, I've been waiting and wasting my time until the next patient who came after me was also invited to the dentist before me. Without any explanation to me. After my question, the administrator took the trouble to explain that both patients were late due to traffic jams. But I think this isn't my problem! I arrived at the appointment time, and there are no any traffic jams in Lambert at 11am. The roads look like a desert. If you make a time schedule, stick to it, please. Even for NHS patients and patients with the non-British surname."
