"Avoid this place. Made the effort to come here with the pram to drop off an evri parcel after carefully checking the opening times. Arrived at around 11.15 and came into the shop only to be rudely told by the owner that he’s ‘not serving right now’. Even the delivery men dropping off stock for the shop were appalled by the service. You’re much better off going to the evri drop off on Dundee St where you’ll be met with a much better standard of customer care. Will not be returning."
"I’m heavily pregnant and the shop keeper made me look for my own parcel myself in the shop. Regardless, shouldn’t be rummaging through other peoples parcels. Absolutely awful. Glad it’s the last time I’ll ever use this shop."
"AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT THAT RESEMBLES THE BALANCE OF JEFF BEZOS!!! On a serious note, we visited Edinburgh for 3 nights and stayed at the Voco Hotel, approximately 300 yards away. This was the nearest shop, so we headed there for a few necessities for the room. I expect to pay over the odds in a convenience store, and knew the minute we walked in we would be paying above average, as there are were no prices displayed at all!! Never did I imagine though that buying one bottle of wine, 4 budweisers, 2 packets of hula hoops, and 2 packets of haribos would cost me TWENTY NINE POUNDS! Clueless as to how this business is still operating, and reported to trading standards."
"Massively over priced. £3 for a lighter! Nothing priced. Miserable guy with zero engagement and apparently void of communication. This guy is at it. Absolute rip off of a place!"
"I never was sure about this shop before as jt doesn’t have prices on anything, but tonight I needed a bottle of beer opened that I had bought from another shop and rather than paying £5.99 for a bottle opener the owner opened it with a lighter for me so top marks for friendliness and helpfulness. I obviously then bought something to repay him."
