"Horrible experience in restaurant, I was forced to make aformal complaint, which they just acknowledged - no further action was taken. They took away my toddlers food whilst he was eating it. I was appalled then when I was eating another person took MY food away whilst I was eating because they'd given me the wrong food as well. I ordered the chicken and they'd given me someone's Christmas dinner! We waited over an hour for them to clear up the mess. Staff were incredibly rude and I spoke to three other people who were complaining too. Never again. I voiced my displeasure so I never let anyone who doesn't like me prepare my food. Hence, never again."

"Got everything I need however they did not have a family trolley with seat for my 3 month old so had to use a shallow trolley. Have also encountered same issue at the morrisons gyle centre. Not happy with this."

"Dirty, untidy displays with large gaps in product availability. I attach photographic evidence of the appalling situation that I found at the Portobello branch of Morrison's in Edinburgh on Tuesday 25th May 2021. I have cut and pasted below an extract of my email on this subject to the Chief Executive of Morrison's. Morrison's failed to deal with the salient points arising from this complaint to my satisfaction in subsequent emails. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sirs, I went shopping at the above-mentioned store at around 14.00hours on 25th May. I took the liberty of taking some photographs so you can see the appalling state of the store. The fixtures are dirty and dishevelled with large gaps in the availability of product lines. It is highly significant that I did not observe one shop assistant working in any of aisles in this store. A successful supermarket needs to have staff constantly working to clean the shelves and tidy the displays; the chilled and refrigerated cabinets need repeated cleaning and replenishment, not to mention the replenishment of ambient goods. This branch does not appear to do any of these basic tasks well. As you will see from the photograph, the covered Trolley Store outside this branch is filthy and needs to be swept and cleansed with a heavy-duty detergent. It looks like a dirty public lavatory. In former times, people judged others by the cleanliness of their door steps: the door step at Portobello branch is the Trolley Store and it is a filthy, disgusting, disgrace."
