"1 star as I could not do 0! 12:45 purchased and item and specifically asked if I could get a refund if not fitting , make on 1st floor said yes in front of 2 witnesses. Went home and returned after 23 minutes to get the refund . They said they could not do it as they only do credit notes?? if I did not ask about it before paying I would not care but this is pathetic . When I got upset and after further discussion they said is not my right to get a refund but they will do it exceptionally but at that point I had enough I left without the refund as I could not stand the sights or hearing more of that. Ridiculous."
"Edited- I have removed the id number of the manager in question to save her from any further embarrassment. Asked for a refund. The manger that originally dealt with me refused to give me her name. She gave me her ID number instead ******. She asked for my name and when I refused she said that she would look through the cctv and then go through Google. Absolutely shocking. I'm left with severe anxiety. Still in shock now. I feel bullied. I see that other reviews left are of a similar nature. Can't believe this is being allowed to continue. The second manager did give me the refund because it was in my rights, to which the first manager said he would get into trouble for this. Please could you make sure that this does not happen?"

"I went to get skate protection guards this morning. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I waited at the door with my dog while one employee went to check the stock. Another employee looked after my dog at the door while I went in to pay with my credit card. Great service. Thanks guys!"
