"Myself & colleague with our Porsche Boxsters, met Boyd at Thurrock Moto Services. Another customer with BMW E36 also arrived. Despite the cold & wet conditions, Boyd worked his magic on all 3 cars. Mine was for a replacement remote fob & programming, my colleague required a new remote fob & a new key cutting. Don't know the issue for the E36, but owner left happy. My work was completed within 40mins & I now have 2 fully working remotes. My colleagues very early '97 Boxster 2.5 caused some issues when trying to programme. Boyd explained that he hadn't seen this particular Alarm/Immobiliser module. But he persevered & cracked the problem. Top marks for perseverance Boyd. A very thorough work ethic.
