Reviews
"Staff usually lovely but unfortunately just had one of the older male staff members snap at me. I wear hearing aids and was struggling to hear him mumbling at the till; I got a very terse reply when I asked him to repeat his question of how many batteries I need. Felt very embarrassed, what a shame."
"Staff are friendly but too pricey, far too pricey hardly any thing to choose from too. Also there is an aldi round the corner that has everything at a better value. The sainsbury's is only needed for your posh types and people that need cigarettes."
"Very expensive. Some of the staff are great, very helpful, some seem more interested in hiding away / stacking shelves than reducing long queues. Also think the staff could be helped by having a full time security guard to deal with shoplifters and cheeky / aggressive teenagers from the local schools."
"Awful car park. Do not visit this store at any time near to school drop off or pick up, as the car park was totally jammed with school run vehicles for the local high school. Poorly designed access off the busy main road next to traffic lights at a road junction. Took 12 minutes queuing to get out the car park."
"Decent selection for a small format store and does in a pinch. There were a few big brands noticeably missing, though, which you would expect even a store of this size to have. Availability is generally quite good. Produce is notable by its absence. Staff were friendly and helpful. No real sign of queuing, even at peak times. Only place locally that you can buy cigarettes after 10pm which is useful if you're a disorganised smoker like I am."
