"Won't be back to this store. Checked the app for air beds, app said plenty in stock at this store. Go in and look, can't find any. Ask an assistant...this was the conversation.... Me: hi sorry to bother you but do you have this in a double size? Her: all we have is what is on the shelves Me: but the app says you have plenty of stock Her: stares at me blankly I walked off. Left my trolley of items in store and left. I used to work in retail (Tesco), this level of customer service would not have been acceptable. The least she should have done is offer to check. Absolutely terrible service and pure laziness."
