The receptionist goes through the things requiring to be done in great detail and he will advise you of the best way forward. Once you leave the garage while the technician gets on with the work, you can be very confident that if there is anything else requiring attention, you get an early phone call of the "advisory" items and the projected cost. Once finished, the car is well valeted and you can be sure that you are returning to a nice clean and "safe" car.
