"I had my wife’s car in for an oil change and MOT. Craig the mechanic, explained the situation regarding a few repairs needing done for it to pass. He then took the time to tell me about some advisories and that I could get them fixed gradually when I could afford to. He then gave me a quote for parts and labour which was well less than I was expecting. His knowledge and understanding was second to none and he really went that extra mile, even had the car ready earlier than agreed. Well done Craig, what a guy! The car feels like it did when new and my own car will be visiting him soon.
