"Seen me at short notice, couldn't ask for better service. After some checks, my problem was a bit of a mystery, but the guys didn't take any payment and asked me to take the car a spin and return if the issue persisted. Can only assume previous garage had not torqued up bolts to spec and was causing problems at speed. Issue resolved, would go back to this tyre shop again."
"Got a tyre puncture on the motorway yesterday. We were unfamiliar with the area so relied on Google to find somewhere to get the tyre fixed. We first visited four big name companies all of whom were totally unhelpful. They wouldn’t even look at the problem. "Poor service. Had four tyres replaced, only to drive back home and found that one of the wheels hadn’t been put on properly, it was all over the place. When i contacted the owner, i was told i was lying and not to worry I wouldn’t have died from it"
