"This was my second visit here after previously purchasing a tyre, had an mot which failed. I spoke to manager steve who was a great guy, very friendly. Took my car to a different garage to get repairs and the mechanic couldn't find any fault with any the 3 failures, nothing loose, nothing missing and emissions within legal limits. I called today but some guy who wasn't Steve answered, possibly willie? He was not atall helpfull when i asked him about the mot, suggesting i now go Back to their garage and someone will try' and point out the faults. The car passed the mot in another garage with no repairs and even less advisories than before. Money down the drain when I least need it, lost all trust in this place."

"Refused to MOT my car as they said it had mold. Took a hostile and sarcastic tone when I politely challenged their decision. Also tried to claim that their tester worked for the government, so they couldn't compel him to test the car!"

"I've left it a few months before writing this review for others. I have had two dreadful experiences with this branch and in particular the gentleman who is on front of desk. You know who you are. Please change jobs or position Sir or get professional help as you are not fit to deal with the public or any human being. Tried to charge me for parts I did not need on the first visit and the second visit I just walked out. Rude, mocking me,unhelpful is the nicest way of me saying. By all means use this company if you chose but please please stay away from this branch."

"I came in this morning without a booking and I managed to get the car back the same day. This garage have been amazing since I started coming here. The supervisor Stevie was brilliant and explained everything in great detail. You can tell it's a team that work really well together"
