"Stay away from these rip of merchants , will try to charge you for work your car doesn’t require , £43 to fit a £5 lightbulb which took no longer than 2 minuets to fit ! Was told £354 for a brake calliper that had nothing wrong with it , scam !"

"After a Google search for garages in the area, I contacted the Halfords Autocentre in Airdrie as the engine management warning light had lit up on my VW T6. I was on my second day into a two week holiday travelling the NC500 and was planning on travelling to Inverness the same day, but wanted to get this sorted before going any further. Staff on the end of the phone were very helpful and said to just drive in without needing to book the vehicle in and they’d have a look and do a diagnostic check. I arrived and again, staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, doing a full check and very quickly got me back on the road again with the problem sorted. Fantastic service - I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you everyone!"
