"No star , but no option,went into cambuslang last week and asked for fan belts for my van , told the guy there's 2 on the van gave reg number and was told he would order them in , he then sent 1 belt to the garage I use , went back today to get/order the other belt today be told to bring the belt so he could get the numbers , because he's got thousands of belts and didn't want to give the wrong 1 , (already got 1 by my reg number ) told him the van was at his front door and could he check because I travelled 10 miles to the shop and if I go away and take the belt off for him I couldn't get back over to his shop ( van no belts ) refused to come look said he could give me the wrong belt , 100% worst shop ever , I'm confused as to why they could give 1 belt with reg number but not the other , also believe he could have looked at the other belt on my van as a matter of courtesy as I already ordered it last week and they never sent it , zero help plenty attitude, way to go guys ,,,"
