"Had a fantastic afternoon white water kayaking on the River Dee on Sunday under the expert tutelage of Charlotte. Having only 1 previous experience at paddling I was nervous. However she soon put me at ease and we were off. We paddled to the weir where she took me through the safety precautions and best approach to tackling the challenge. Following her instructions went down twice then climbed back up again to return to our starting point. I must admit I didn't think I would survive for 3 hours, but we did and I still has energy at the end. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended! Natasha Blissett"
