"Great place for a walk with kids or dogs ;)"
"Nice place to visit. Swing park are good for the children"
"Small but beautifully formed. A great place for a quick walk beside the Mersey maybe on your lunchbreak. The gardens were opened in1903 paid for by two local JPs according to the plaque which I've posted in the photos."
"It's a great spot to view the Runcorn Jubilee Bridge and Mersey, from the old Transporter Bridge landing stage, with existing Ticket Office. But, it's a shame its under valued by the Council as an attraction. The Promenade itself needs investment, not much, but planting it up would help greatly. Still very much worth a visit if you like your photography. Pub, The "Snig" as it's known locally, (Mersey View) immediately adjacent, with large beer garden."
"Took a walk along the promenade to shoot some video & photos of the sunrise. Lovely old architecture."
