"Took off my brows so much I was literally in tears, I had lashes tint that didn't work because I started crying and they charged me anyways. my brows are different shape now and basically fine lines in my face, I told them I had a wedding coming and now I look horrible. This is what I got and how it was before. In the photo you can see the line where my brows start at bottom and she took off half of it for no reason. I still don't understand."
