"I booked in for a facial via the online facility where I was able to pay for my service immediately. Arrived and was taken in on time, very good covid procedures and I felt completely safe. This may sound strange but as a bit of a plumper person it was nice to lie on a bed that didn't creak and was also wide enough for me to have my arms comfortably by my side, I know that may not matter to a lot but it does to me :) The facial was amazing, my skin looks and feels so much better. The shoulder and neck massage was also great, I get a lot of knots there so it was great to have that loosened up too. I was also given some samples to take away to see if the dermatological products are the right fit for me which so far I would agree they are. All round great experience and I will be booking again."
