That is if someone answers the phone in the first place. Your complaints procedure is apaling and your a tax dodger as your cash transactions aren't showing in your sheets."

"My daughter had to get a second wisdom tooth out that was coming in sideways and we didn’t hesitate to go back to Ochilview and have Girish take it out, what a lovely man. She is a very nervous patient and they were so nice. Mark the anaesthetist is just so nice and there was no hurry to get you out the door once in the recovery room. Thank you all again for looking after her so well."

"I've been for the check up and I've been told my teeth were " perfect". 2 months later I had an infection because of my wisdom tooth coming in the wrong position. I booked an emergency appointment where I had to go with my 3 months old as anybody could be with her that day , so he couldn't do me the xray, he said. I paid 50 pound and he told me I have to extract the tooth and the next appointment will be 150 the extraction plus 60 for the xray he couldn't do. My husband paid 150 xray plus extraction couple of months ago. I called the staff to book the appointment for remove the tooth and they want to book me again for the examination, which I've done already 2 weeks before, so I will not only pay 210 pound but also 50 for the examination when they want to give me again an antibiotic that I was already taking, as he prescribed me 2 weeks ago. The reception is never update and it's also difficult to speak with them and understand each other , and it's not only about the language! Same was during the hygene appointment, I paid 70 because they told me that " 50 pound it's for the basic hygiene plus 20 for the flouride paste " . Anybody would apply any flouride paste if I won't ask for it" . You also pay for 45 minutes when the appointment was in fact 10/15 minutes. What is this....I will never go there again. My English it's not perfect but I'm sure I've been pretty clear."
