"Came in during lunch, was pretty packed and super busy. Order went pretty easy, went to sit but was asked to wait next to the counter. In the end I ended up with my half of the order and the order of someone else, we managed to resolve this without Costa being involved. The drinks were good but perhaps hire more people if it's a struggle to keep up, it isn't fair to your staff who are great."
"Costa Coffee situated in the Glasgow Fort is a very welcoming store! The staff couldn't be more helpful & even when extremely busy, they are only to willing to help! This Coffee Shop is a larger store with a good number of washrooms situated to the back to suit everyone's needs. There is the choice of either coffee & a cake, to very tasty snacks, meals & high protein dishes. Vegans, Vegetarians & meat eaters are all catered for! A huge choice of hot & cold drinks are available in either smaller, medium or large sizes. You can sit-in or takeout! Prices are reasonable with the option to collect "Beans." This allows you to enjoy one free drink once you have collected eight beans, which you collect through the Costa App. Gift cards are available instore or online. Disabled access is situated at the main entrance. Opening times; Monday 8am-10pm Tuesday 8am-10pm Wednesday 8am-10pm Thursday 8am-10pm Friday 8am-10pm Saturday 8am-7pm Sunday 9am-7pm."
"Despite the long queue, we managed to get into the café after a short wait. A member of staff asked us to use the camera app on our phone to register our details so they could be in touch in case of any coronavirus incidents. Every other table could be used, so that there would be 2m distance between customers' tables. We had two of the limited edition for Christmas sandwiches (one with turkey and one with lobster&cheese), crisps and 2 cakes, the selection was good including seasonal flavours. The café was very clean and the toilets, too."
"It's always a busy little store. Seems to be a lot of people at the till but there was only one person actually making the coffee which meant there were people milling about the till waiting. The picture is a small latte & a brioche cinnamon bun for around £4.50."
"Costa Coffee here at the Fort Retail Park just off the M8 in Glasgows east end is one of the largest I have been to and I have been to a lot! ! Of course it has all the eponymous Costa products, safe and comfortable but a little boring. The menu is sandwiches, paninis , cakes and biscuits. Drinks hot and cold and of course coffee based."
