Chong Kwan Dentists

"Hi guys ! I would like to say, that this is really poor service. And I am not saying anything about the dentist itself l! Watch guys ! I didn’t book appointment and they charged me fee £60. They have made mistake, and apparently booked for me appointment. I didn’t know that appointment is booked as I didn’t get any text message as usual you would expect if there is any appointment. So, I didn’t know that the appointment is booked on their calendar. I got to know when I have received the letter ! This is ridiculous! I phoned them straight away ! And you know what ? I spoke to the nice receptionist, who said that she needs to talk manager. I said ok. I have little baby, and I was on hold waiting until someone speak to me for 25min !! I was shocked ! I did hung up ! Again I received letter ! I phoned and still never spoke to the manager ! I have been told to pay the fee even that I didn’t book that appointment! I am not here to make it up on it. But it is absolutely out of order ! I have never booked that appointment as it must have been booked by mistake by employee! So I won’t pay for something that I didn’t do. Manager Jannet, absolutely worse manager o have ever heard about as she didn’t even talked to me ! What a poor management experience! I won’t get back for sure ! And I wanted them to do my tooth that I would need to pay £300! There you are ! You are going to lose money and customers because you ignoring the problem ! The worst customer service ever!"

I find the service to be very welcoming as a result of the friendly and chatty staff. Whether it be the receptionists, hygienists, nurses or with the dentist in the surgery I've always felt very at home and have never been let down when I've needed an emergency appointment; it doesn't matter which dentist I see everyone is attentive. Of course there is David whose unique personality and approach to dentistry is always highly entertaining and refreshing. I would highly recommend this practice and high street sister branch and have had no qualms about previously recommending it to friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work DC Dental Care. I'll will look forward to my next visit. Thanks Diane"

"I have had very good dental care from several dentists at the Rosyth Practice over the last 25 years and am still attending every six months. My present dentist Megan has been very attentive and is always pleasant and reassuring. The dental nurses / assistants are also helpful and efficient in their own quiet way. At the reception desk, Nicola is always very happy, smiling and chatty to patients, putting them at their ease. The only negative comment I would make is that the entrance to the premises is in dire need of refurbishment to make it more welcoming and professional."
