"Great gym with a good range of equipment. Pools are lovely and classes are fantastic too. Have been a member here for a few years now but there are a few things that let it down including that members cannot use the pool for certain times during the afternoon/evening due to swim classes taking place, there is a limit on the number of classes you can do each day and week and the communication is terrible - no response to emails I've sent and finding a staff member to book in with or talk to is almost impossible sometimes."
"I joined the gym just to go swimming with my children. The pool was closed for 3 weeks just after I joined and when they reopened the times I could use it with my children was to such a point it made it useless. Plus there was a 25% price increase for them to use the pool. I cancelled my membership and asked for a refund as it was a missold membership and I have been blanked after 1 email. Absolutely disgraceful. Reply sent 5 months ago. To reply to them, look at your emails from me. There were about 9 plus, they explain the situation in full. You increased the cost of child admission to the pool by 25%. The statement is absolutely accurate. You should have better customer service and not blank people who require a refund for a error that your company made."
