"I have been attending SR Dental over the past 5 years and only wished to leave an honest review based on the top service I have received. Initially, you will be welcomed by the practice manager, Gayle, who is always 'on the ball' and super swift at responding to any emails and addressing any concerns you may have prior to making an appointment. I have been attended to by the very calm Dr Raman over the past 5 years. She is very kind, always remembers you as a 'person' and not simply a 'mouth full of teeth' and that makes you feel valued. You're far more than a number. I was given two 'emergency/squeezed in' appointments this week due to breaking a front tooth. Dr Raman saw me on my first appointment but kindly introduced me to Dr Harris Naseer who saw me for my second appointment the following day. He is also blessed with tremendous serenity (plus a sweet sense of humour!). So, if you're a nervous soul, this dental practice is for you. They care about you and your teeth and they'll do their utmost to give you back the smile you crave. An aside: Dalkeith has two decent size car parks - one free and the other is free for the first hour. More so, there's parking available almost on their doorstep."
