"I had an emergency while I was at work where one of my pipes coming from the radiator burst and was spewing water everywhere. Now, they were excellent in helping me with this emergency and had it fixed by the next day. However, I was overcharged, and I'm not saying this just because I was charged over £100 just to have them attach a portion of a new pipe (the whole thing was not replaced), I'm also saying this because in the labour portion of the receipt it says £50 but in the totals column next to labour they wrote in £70. I should have picked up on this when collecting the car. If I had to pay £100 to have it fixed so be it, but at least keep your story consistent. In addition, they discovered another issue and said that they would order the part in for me and call me when it arrived so it could be attached. I don't believe it was ever ordered as I never received a call. And took it to another mechanic where they replaced the small part for free. So in conclusion, I appreciate them helping me in an emergency but they did not keep the charges consistent and forgot to do the other half of the job."
