"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY our car was away for 8 days and they did not complete the job and eventually returned the car filthy inside, carpet, dashboard and door covered in mud. They then denied the mud was done by them !!!! They do not communicate with you and when you try to phone them they do not answer their calls. Dreadful company"

"This company is the worst by far! They’ve had my car for 11 months. I hit a kerb so it was minimal cosmetic damage…. It is still with them now after them causing even more damage which is now mechanical to my brand new 21 plate car! They’ve had to send it the the manufacturer to have them solve the mechanical issues that Q&A caused as They can’t rectify the issues themselves! The customer service is the worst by far as well….. 62 times I tried to call and got no answer! Only just started getting answers via email!"

"Q&A have had my car since 20th November. It is an insurance job . Need a new wheel and bumper . When I called after a couple of weeks i was told they were waiting for a new bumper . Fast forward another 2 weeks was told they were waiting for the wheel . . It is now 4th January . Got a new date for 17th January. Can’t believe my insurance company use this garage . Never ever heard anyone waiting this length of time for a simple repair of a wheel and a bumper"

"I actually thought this company had stolen my car. They were to have it for three weeks but I eventually got it back after two months. They made no effort to contact me during this time and I did not once get an answer to my numerous phone calls. The situation only progressed when the insurance company continually e mailed them as they couldn't get an answer either. The car came back covered in bird droppings as it had apparently been sitting outside the whole time and I couldn't see out of the back window because they had allowed it to get covered in paint overspray. They did send someone to fix this but I wasn't happy with the actual repair as there was a very obvious shading difference. I contacted the insurance who said I had to give QA the chance to fix it so off went my car on a 100 mile round trip on my petrol. The car was returned 6 hours later apparently sprayed and matched. Surprisingly I wasn't happy as it appeared all they had done was polish the back bumper and the obvious paint difference remained. The only recommendation I would give this company is to avoid them at all costs."
