"Searching for replacement iron. 2 selected and couldn't find stocks below display. Asked assistant to check availability. Advised 'out of stock'. No offer to order in. Was advised - 2 in stock, in....... Edinburgh!! We live less than 3 miles from Braehead store - Edinburgh wasn't really an option. PLUS Assistant didn't remove either product from display. Wonder how many other customers made stock enquiries that day???"

"I have been to this store quite a few times in the past. I only go if absolutely necessary. The goods on display are never available to buy because they have to be ordered in. That is if you can get an assistant to help you on the first place. You are better off ordering online yourself the delivery is much quicker."
"Currys was a mixed experience. Had to queue for an assistant for about 20 minutes. We struck it lucky with Thomas who was tremendous, really helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the sound bar I wanted was out of stock and unable to give a delivery date. This was post Xmas and outwith his control."
