"Friendly staff and they came to clean up the plates and utensils pretty frequently. A fair amount of seats as people come and go. Wifi works but not super fast, with some disruption during WhatsApp call. Foods and drinks are decent. Toilet is clean."
"A very nice lounge. Was fast to enter and services where nice. The food was complimentary which is nice, but most drinks are not. Theres not much room for seating and feels very crammed. The food was decent and always being replaced which is nice. Not very clean. No toilets."
"Overall a 1.5/5 Food ⚡ Space ⚡⚡ Comfort ⚡⚡ There are dining area with tables and a resting area with booths. The tables are very close to each other and TV at a low volume. It is definitely not a good environment to sleep or rest. Only one departure display board near the reception area. 2 unisex toilets and shower facilities, below average for airport lounges. Very little choice and poorly cooked food. There is potato soup, salad bar with few choices, plain pasta and rice to go with curry and hoisin chicken. The only dessert is cheap cupcakes. For drinks, there's a soft drink machine with 4 choices and some wine behind the counter. Will not come here again."
"Stopped by to use the lounge and get some breakfast during the early morning rush (7:30 AM ish). Fortunately they let PP members to still come in while other lounges might have rejected PP members. It was a bit crowded but I was able to find a place to sit. Showers and toilets were also available within the lounge itself. The breakfast menu include sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruits, and beverages (some cost extra). Just a suggestion for the lounge to make it a bit more accessible to everyone, while I was there I saw many users struggling to reach the hot food because the food was located in the center of the table and rather out of reach for some folks. Other than that kind staff and speedy service"
"Nice peaceful lounge, can get busy at times. Good selection of food and beverages, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I had some snacks and some food, accompanied with a drink, pleasant, and the buffet was regularly topped up. Located near gate 9, which just so happened to be my gate on this occasion, so added bonus!"
