"IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY, SPEAK TO THEM FIRST & IF YOU GET NOWHERE WITH THEM THEN RAISE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK / PAYPAL - THE MORE PEOPLE DO THIS, THE MORE LIKELY THEY ARE TO LISTEN BECAUSE PAYMENT PROVIDERS WILL EVENTUALLY STOP WORKING WITH THEM (IF THEY HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE CHARGEBACK RATINGS) & DESTROY THEIR BUSINESS! I placed an order with them, nothing arrived, despite tracking by royal mail saying it had been delivered... I decided to speak to them by email, they said they were in contact with Royal Mail and it was taking a long time for them to get back to them... Not my problem! It has now been 75 days since ordering and I still have heard nothing in regards to my money or goods, I even told them that I was planning on raising a chargeback with my bank if they didn't sort it by the end of play today and they didn't even seem to care! I have spoken to my bank to try and get a chargeback raised and I hope to receive the money from either the merchant or the bank. UPDATE The merchant ended up contesting it by providing the same tracking details that they gave me to say that it had been delivered (it might have been delivered but not to me), anyway, the bank contested it and I got my money back."

"Paid for quick delivery (1-2 days). Took more than 3 weeks. No reply to my first chasing email. Second email sent through PayPal. Still no reply but the items were posted soon after. Completely unreliable, uncommunicative and unhelpful. Avoid if at all possible."
