"Really poor. I booked a flu jab 3 times via the NHS at this pharmacy and this cancelled at the last minute THREE times without any warning ! They also NEVER answer the phone. Avoid this place like the plague !"

"Short staffed lady behind the counter was very good but I think overwhelmed by the amount of customers needing the medicines.No pharmacist and not known when one will be on site. my mother's medicines were not delivered yesterday after having an urgent drs appointment she rang she was told she can collect as the driver has not taken hers. 86yrs old with health and mobility issues outrageous!!! So to ensure she gets the medicine required I've had to take a day off work and drive from linconshire. I have emailed them and the CEO of well ( seb hobbs ) if anyone is interested to complain. Not good enough for an ageing population."

"This doesn’t apply to ALL the people working there but overall, staff are very unfriendly, not at all what you would expect from a pharmacy. My child needed some medications that were obviously quite urgent but they were not able to get it delivered on time (despite saying they would be) / didn’t even offer another solution nor did they apologise for it. Appreciate this the only pharmacy between Shenfield and Billericay hence serving a lot of customers but it seems that unfortunately, it’s not up to the task."
