"Preordered an espresso on the mobile app, when I arrived I was not greeted and I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink why the staff ignored me. Absolutely fuming at the service I have received today."
"Found the place looking alittle unkept. It was very quiet. But coffee was nice as was the cake."
"The seating arrangement for Starbucks in Gyle centre is very nice compared to Costa. Can be extremely busy at times. Overall good service."
"So we pitch up at 7.15 for a coffee, I check with the server what time they close cause I'm not one of those customers who rock up 10 minutes before they close, you've plenty time we close at 8, great I say. Within 5 minutes of us sitting down someone appears with a brush and noisy dustpan sweeping the floor & putting the chairs up on top of the tables/benches. Around 7.40 she starts to sweep under our table until I ask her not to as we ar trying to have coffee... I mean rude or what!! I'm struggling to hear my friend as it is with all the racket you are making with your dustpan. I appreciate that they close at 8 and I don't expect staff to stay over their time but there really is no need to make customers feel uncomfortable when it takes maybe 10 minutes tops to sweep the floor space, I think it would be acceptable to ask the customers if they mind you cleaning up while they are still sitting in your establishment maybe 10 minutes before closing time. Really disappointed with Starbucks it's already a bit overpriced and I'm afraid this is the last time I will frequent this branch!"
"A great wee Starbucks at the Gyle. Staff really friendly, especially Andrew who always remembers my order (to be fair it is almost always Fruit Toast and a Tea). Plenty seating and seem to manage the physical queue with the orders coming in online. Quality of food and drink is decent, as expected, as is the price. Looking forward to my next visit."
