"As someone who works at costa this has to be by far one of the worst I’ve been to. Staffs faces tripping them, unable to make the correct order; not up to brand standard an absolute joke! Asked for a caramel cortado mostly foam no caramel on top Latte is made with 2 shots of coffee and it came with one absolutely rotten Caramel iced latte with no caramel? Drinks served with no saucers for the cortado and no knifes for the cakes."
