"Would of given it a zero if I could. My daughter had a prescription and they sent her away told her it's out of stock. She has autism and ADHD so would never confront them. They told her to try elsewhere. She did in the very hot weather. I've worked in pharmacy so called up an old friend whom works in Lloyds pharmacy crayford. He checked said yes it's available,ordered it for me she picked it up the next day. Thank you crayford Lloyds. Not sure why they lied at Dartford you all use the same manufacturers."

"Rude staff. Needed my little boys antibiotics and was told they couldn't find it and my doctor's never sent it.. after refusing to leave as my doctor's confirmed they sent it hours ago they somehow magically found it....can't believe these people have jobs dealing with customers who are poorly hence the need for their service... Lloyds pharmacy invest more time in training your rude staff... I'll take my prescription elsewhere in future !"
