Reviews of Caffè Nero
"Was in yesterday at around 5 and the girl serving never smiled once behind the counter. It seemed that she couldn’t be bothered being there. The young chap was more friendlier not sure if I would rush back after this as when I was a barista I always smiled and was pleasant on the counter."
"Average coffee for a Café Nero. Nice and friendly staff. Floors could do with general deep scrub. The toilets on the other hand are very poor, although it was very nice to see a Gender Neutral Toilet which means anyone can use it. An accessible toilet is also available to use."
"Have been going here on a regular basis for a herbal tea for some time. Due to the fact that I find the tea to be very weak, I have always asked for two tea bags, and only been charged £2.30. However, on Saturday 10th December at approximately 2.30pm, a young assistant who had a dreadful attitude, insisted on charging me £4.60 for a cup of herbal tea with two tea bags!! When I am still only taking up one seat, and only using one cup and the same amount of hot water, how can Cafe Nero possibly justify charging me double the price for an extra tea bag which can only cost them about 10 pence? Although I have tried to phone to speak to the manager, no one ever answers and the answering machine states that they don `t take messages. Obviously no one is interested in customer service, as is obvious by the fact that no one ever responds to any of the reviews! Charging someone £4.60 for a cup of tea simply because they like their tea strong- particularly when there is an economic crisis - is a sure way of losing customers!!"
"Positive on a cold day this place is cosy .Negative for me I was having a cappuccino inside only offered a plastic cup .I visited the ladies just before 11am floor dirty the door dirty loo roll on the back of the loo. Bin next to the loo stuffed !! Not pleasant a tick sheet on the back of the door . The toilets need ATTENTION"
"This store is near the Shandwick Place. Its large enough to have enough space for everyone. I ordered a carrot cake which was very delicious and added a large cappuccino. The prices are very fair and the staff friendly. Im here for the second time and I will definitely come again. I can definitely recommend this place ans the cappuccino which was one of the best I ever had and of course the carrot cake which tastes delicious. The furniture will let you feel like you are home. You should definitely visit it. See you soon"
