"Disappointing to find my grandson had passed 25metres and was told there was no certificates left and on order. Sorry but deflated him. Then my other grandson got his just passed to him from a draw not even wrote on and not even his name. This is not good practice to encourage children to go the next step in swimming. I felt deflated to tell him he will have to wait and also we have to write on the certificates. You should make sure you have stock and have the certificates with you to write at least their name on and congratulate them. Everything gets paid for and you can't even be bothered to have the certificates in or even put the child's name on."
