"I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over forty years and I think it has deteriorated in service since the owner retired. They are rude on the phone (if they answer at all) and seem to choose when you will receive your medication. I am housebound and so rely on acute medication being delivered, but every month I have to contact them as it doesn’t turn up on time even when my surgery has deemed a prescription ‘urgent’"
