"Best chemist in the South!! Delightful, helpful staff although I've known them so long, they are thought of as friends. They really looked after my late husband with such kindness and patience. Rahini will bend over backwards to help and I thank her for that. Thank you people xx"
"Tried ringing up to see if they had my medication, I apologised for the bad line and went somewhere where it was clearer. Ended up with a woman muttering under her breath about people calling in bad places and why I could just go to the pharmacy. I'm a disabled person who didn't want to make a journey to find out they don't have it. Terrible telephone manner"
"Awful service, really unhelpful and rude, especially when I got upset over a mistake for my daughters treatment meaning she was in pain for over 24 hours waiting for the correct treatment. Then today I've picked up my repeat prescrption and they have given me the wrong medication which is useless! More time and stress trying to sort this out now!"
"If there had been zero rate I would have given it to this review. I have really tried to convince myself the rudeness, lack of care, interest and desire to help were accidental and due to stressful times. The excuses have run out for me I’m afraid. Last time I stepped into this chemist was yesterday, never again. Prescription medicines moved elsewhere today, where they gained an new client. Yesterday’s episode: sever conjunctivitis, tried some drops given by another chemist but didn’t work so I asked if there was anything else they could give me over the counter - response: no, sorry we can’t help, what you were given was correct and if it didn’t work you will need to see the doc. Dismissed without other options. Great! Tried the pharmacy not far from them and: A) the pharmacist actually checked on me B) I was asked questions to assess the severity of it C) I was given alternative drops D) I received a great customer service It takes very little to satisfy clients if one can only care a bit. Good luck to Roadnight team."
"Avoid this place if you have a private prescription. They charge a minimum of £14 per item on a private prescription, so even if you are buying medicine worth £3 or so you will be charged £14 - this is blatant, shameless price gouging. When we challenged the pharmacist, saying that the doctor had said it should only be a few pounds, the pharmacist told us that any pharmacist would charge a similar amount. After investigating further I find that Lloyds Pharmacy charges a minimum of £5 per item for private prescriptions, so the pharmacist was clearly giving us false information. While I don't like minimum pricing in general, £5 is much more reasonable than £14 - almost 3 times as much. In this case the cost of the medicine at Lloyds would have been £4.62, so rounding up to £5 would have been fine. To make matters worse, we later found that they had dispensed an incorrect quantity of tablets so we'll have to go back to collect the missing ones. Anyway, lesson learned - won't be coming here again. It's open slightly later than other pharmacies which is why we came here in the first place, but you pay a lot for that convenience."
