"I was really very disappointed by the service here. I appreciate my prescription was for unique medication but the attitude I got was unacceptable. After a few minutes they informed me what I needed wasn't in stock with their suppliers and that the painkillers I was prescribed was also not in their stock. I found that interesting since I could see it on the shelves behind their heads. They didn't bother to check. I don't know if they're aware but they're a Pharmacy. Their customers rely on this medication for their health and wellbeing. Try to act like it matters. No apology and no advice. The NHS are often saying "Ask your Pharmacist" but what's the point of doing that here?"
"This pharmacy has the worst customer service. I come here time to time as I shop in Asda. Yesterday I bought a Omron ear digital thermometer and it was faulty. I bought back yesterday and the staff couldn’t help with the exchange or refund even though it was clear that it’s not working. They told me to come back tomorrow to see the manager, I went today and told them what happened the manger sent his staff saying he is on break can I wait or come back in an hour. Really disappointing as the manger has no clue of customer service and sad that the pharmacy which I have been a customer for years appointed a manager like this. I left the product there as I was really angry and upset with the service. £22.99 I donated to the Britannia Pharmacy so they can invest on hiring a good manager who knows customer service and do food for the business not making the customers life harder."
"I am sorry to say I loved this pharmacy and the staff . Today changed all of that as I was led astray as I told the older gentleman pharmacist my doctor gave a prescription but , under advice of my doctor I could just get over the counter Folic Acid . To which I was told there is no over the counter option and would need to get the prescription instead of just multivitamins (even tho that is what my doctor said to get instead to save money.) I left the store not feeling completely right being told there wasn’t anything over the counter of Folic acid, I go into ASDA and there was a lower dose (yes, lower than the prescription ) but what the doctor said would work. I came back in to explain this only to be told , I cannot return my prescription (which I understand for safety reasons ) Yet was not told of the return policy or if I left I could not return anything. I am not upset about not being able to return things but to be told it is not sold over the counter (when it was ,maybe not the prescription grade strength ) but with more explanation I would have been able to make a more fair choice wouldn’t have led me astray to believe I had to buy this prescription as is not okay as a pharmacist should have this knowledge of options and I felt was not respectfully listened to when needing help as I repeated I just wanted multivitamins instead of what was just on the prescription as the doctor (instructed me to do.) I expected better as they are usually very helpful and considerate."
"What an amazing pharmacy. God, i came in for some antibiotics and truly left with the best experience ever. I forgotten what i came in for, as the staff were super friendly. The pharmacist helped me so much, she truly is a star. Very confident in her work. Props to her and the staff. Recommend everyone to pop in and get their medication from here. Only downfall, that its next to Asda"
"I've been here over a handful of times for one reason or another but usually only if the other pharmacy's on the island didn't have something i needed in stock. The place has your standard things on sale that you'd expect from hair dyes, lotions to bandages. The staff have always been nice with each visit so nothing bad to say about that topic. All in all, not bad."
