"I certainly prefer this pharmacy over the shopping center ones . The staff is really helpful and polite and there is a better availability of medicines compared to the nearby ones. It would do with a refurbishment but this doesn not impact the great quality of the service and the kindness of the staff which is 5 star."

"So we were desperate for the Penecillin B; we had tried two different chemists but they were out of stock. I arrived at 18:29 on the dot, they let me in and got my prescription even though it went 15 mins after they had closed. Amazing service, excellent staff, thank you Surdock Chemist!"

"This is my local chemist for the last 9 years, ai definitely use it because is the one closer to me, but otherwise its sooo not the best place. I do not understand why are items not priced??? I don't buy nothing there rather than my meds because you don't know what the price is,and asking for 1 thing Is fine but if you want to buy different Items I wouldn't bother. I have always liked the staff there,but Margot I think is her name,she is another story, she talks to customers like if we own her something ,then she mumbled in between her teeth,very rude and in front of others so some customers saw her and complained. We had a bit of an argument after she told me off and rude for asking something,I said buy and thanks to everyone when I left and she made a noise with her teeth and tongue as they do,,,so very rude I find it a joke that this woman has a job because she definitely shouldn't be working face to face with customers. She is always loud and talks to people not in a nice way."

"Giving 5 stars to the staff as they have always been great! But docking it a star because the whole shop is dated, and needs renovating. Maybe take some inspiration from Boots and Superdrug so it looks more appealing to come in!"
