They remember their customers and are an important part of the community on Roman Road. Sometimes I feel let down by my GP but when I go here I always feel like I get the best service. "Every time I spend over 20minutes to pick up my prescription, and half the time it turns out they don't even have all of it. Service and organisation in this pharmacy is a joke and always has been! Prescriptions should be ready to collect, not trying to quickly mix and match the items when I come in and ask for it. I received a message a week ago that my prescription was READY. And once again after wasting my time they realised they don't have all of it... Utter disappointment every single time! What a disgrace..."
