"This has truly got to be one of the worst pharmacies out there. Please avoid it if you can. Medications are often not ready when they say they are. Communication is poor (the phone line does not appear to be monitored). Staff are often cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful (with some exceptions of course). As someone who works within the NHS, it makes me angry and sad to think that many people who are vulnerable and/or unwell are trying to rely on this pharmacy, which is frequently unresponsive and unreliable."

"Avoid at all costs Somerford Grove GP practice are aware of the inadequate and incompetent service offered to patients here but still maintain links and NHS funded pharmacist role. Basic antibiotic not in stock, repeat prescriptions also never stocked, staff zero customer skills - it feels like walking into a year 10 work experience session - every other chemist in the area is 100% better"

"I tried to pick up a prescription that had been sent over via email from my vet as my dog had just been neutered and I needed to get it asap and this is my closest pharmacy. When I went to ask that pharmacist she was incredibly short and rude with me. She said they needed the original prescription not an email which multiple vets had told me I could do it this way. My gp always sends my prescriptions over via email and it’s not a problem. I don’t appreciate being shouted at when all I’m trying to do is help my dog be comfortable after an operation. Will not be going back ever again!"

"Staff are VERY RUDE, especially a lady called DANIELA MULA, who prides herself to be the "manager". I rang to request for my elderly mother's prescription, and was abruptly told to wait as she was too busy to speak to me. There are 4 staff working there in total, customer service is absolutely poor in this place. I'd rather change my local chemist and walk 15minutes further than come to this disgraceful place who's knowledge and customer service skills are POOR"
