"Awful service. Like the other reviews, I suggest you never get repeat prescriptions here. They never have the prescription but then it magically appears if you're lucky enough to get the right person to check. They never have the prescription ready even if you call 3-4 days in advance and ask them to stock it. There is a lady who works there who is quite helpful. But the man who works weekends is unbearably rude. I've been told "Why do you come on weekends to get your prescription?" Well I work during the week. Today I was just told prescription didn't arrive even though I hadn't even told him my name or what my prescription was... How would he know! I've been suffering through this for the past 8 months and am moving elsewhere. Unfortunately I had wanted to support local business..."

"The worst. Never order any prescriptions with them. They never have med on time and never have your prescription. The definition of rude staff especially the pharmacist. Never put your repeats with them. Definitely need to report to regulatory body and NHS England."

"Rude staff. Interupt you, unhelpful. Lady asked me to write down my date of birth, didn't offer me a pen. Just pointed at a piece of paper and when i said "can i have a pen" she said "in there" it was out of sight and buried under paper. When i asked again she said "are you stupid, in there." second time she's been rude. She was rude ans unhelpful when i asked for earplugs afew months ago. Only went todayto geet a prescription from nhs 111.will ask them to aend elsewhere next time."
