"I wouldn't recommend using them if you value honesty. I was given a medication in July 2022 that I'd been taking and giving me some issues. I later I realised in October 2022 that it had actually expired in August 2022. I called them explaining the mistake and how it was very far for me to come back to that pharmacy. I asked if they would considering posting/delivering it. They said it wasn't possible and I would need to come in to replace them. Which is I can understand. But what I found unbelievable is that they defended their actions by claiming that some medicines have shorter expiry dates! I don't know where in the world any pharmacy would give out 50 tablets for a non-daily medication that will expire within 24 days."

"Staff are rude and unhelpful. We as if the could deliver medication and was told we would need the Doctors ok when we told them we had the doctors ok they said they didn't have enough staff"

"Not a good experience for me initially as they were unhelpful when I went to buy nutrimigen for my starving child who had nothing to eat at the time and had severe allergy to cow's milk. I rated 1 star. I have since been and have had good experience from them and so I upped it to 5 stars"

"I have been a customer at Touchwood pharmacy for a long time. They are always helpful and give excellent service. They are polite and go out of their way to give the medication needed. Also the products on the shelf are reasonably priced. I am never disappointed when I come in to this well run pharmacy. Well done all!"
