"I have just spent a full 10 minutes waiting to buy a box of paracetamol. The store was busy with people waiting to collect prescriptions but in the entire time I was there not one of the 3 people working there asked if anyone was waiting for service. I left without being served."

"When they answer the phone they're fine. But it's so hard to get a hold of them so consistently that I can't give them any more stars. The staff are lovely and friendly when you're actually there but considering this involves medications and certain time frames for repeat prescription requests and such you would expect them to be more available. I've used them for about a decade now and don't get me wrong they're helpful. Just not always available when you need them. They quite often have miscommunication regarding medicines and prescriptions from my GP surgery as well so you sometimes literally get left without vital medications over a weekend."
