"Gave the wrong prescription because they didn’t bother to read the medication I had asked for. Made me pay for something I didn’t even want & were useless on the phone when I tried to ask why they messed up. Then explained they didn’t even have what I needed instead of saying it when I was there. Useless team of professionals"

"My husbands prescription had been sent to this pharmacy in error ( he’d had an emergency prescription dispensed there on a previous occasion) . We asked for the prescription to be returned to the NHS spine so it could be obtained at our local pharmacy. It transpired that the prescription had already been claimed for even though the prescription and medication was still on the shelf. I spoke to a locum dispenser who agreed with me that this was not ethical practice and then offered to call our surgery and explain what they had done. Have not escalated this but i certainly could’ve done"
