"Only used for covid jab, the jab itself was professionally given, the staff in the pharmacy not professional. I had an appointment booked with reference. Was told there were no appointments only queue. I queue for 20 mins and when I get to the front I am told another person is in front of me. I asked why. Was told he was there before me ?? Hadn't seen this person in the 20 mins I was queuing. Since staff are able to lie to me in my face I wouldn't trust their advice."
